Smoking companion required for 79 yr. old female smoker with limited mobility, who lives in a long term facility. Approximate time expected on each visit is 45 mins. Shifts available at present are:
Tues: 10:30-11:15 am
Tues: 1:30-2:15 pm
Wed: 10:30-11:15 am
Wed: 1:30-2:15 pm
Wed: 5:45-6:30 pm
Fri: 10:30-11:45 am
Fri. 1:30-2:15 p m

Individual must speak good English, be patient, sympathetic, preferrably a smoker his/herself, have a good sense of humour and be tolerant. Must also be available through Christmas and New Years. Start date: Dec. 1/09.

Check out this very cool invention ~ It's an electronic sleep mask for worry-free train naps. I can see this being a great thing if you're all drunked up and taking public transit home from the club. You know you're like all passed-out on everyone's seat and now this mask can be your savior!



The sleep mask was invented for drowsy train commuters afraid of sleeping past their stop. The inventor Pyocotan has developed "Noriko-san," a sleep mask with an electronic scrolling display that communicates the wearer's destination to fellow passengers.

Noriko-san is designed to give sleepyheads greater peace of mind and maybe even a deeper level of sleep by increasing the odds that a stranger will wake them in time.

Wisdomless

Yesterday cost me $150.00 to find out that The girl doesn't have wisdom teeth, never had'em and never will. Yea eh??!!

"Why did it cost me so much to find this tad of info out SoccerMom" you ask, or maybe you didn't but I am going to tell you anyway?

A few months ago The girl complained about the gums behind her back teeth being sore, and I did not think too much of it. Then last week when she complained again I thought okay there has to be something there and she is about the right age for wisdom teeth to start to come through so I might as well get this checked out.

Off to the dentist we go and he did a full 3D Scan of her teeth only to find out it probably was a canker sore or maybe even a small infection from her mouth guard that she uses for sports.

Needless to say, hubby is not happy with me and thinks I am an over-reactive mom.
So to that I say ~ He will be the one being over-reactive when he sees I put the dentist bill on his MasterCard! LoL
